This would allow the manager to perform selective screening of information, which can help immensely in preventing huge problems and misunderstandings. Moreover, a property manager should always keep documented records of the conversation and exchanges between the landlord and the tenants.

These records would in turn help in avoiding any legal hassle and chances of forgery and fraud. A property manager should always take care of even small feuds, just before they morph into something more dangerous.
